The No Risk Listing Guarantee
If at any time you are unhappy with the service I am providing you, I ask that you first discuss it with me so I can address your concerns. If I haven't been able to rectify the issue to your satisfaction, I will allow you to back out of our listing agreement and sign with another agent.
(The exception to this would be in the event an offer has already been presented or accepted, the listing cannot be released. Broker protections as per the listing agreement would continue to be in effect until such time as you relist with another broker.)
